Alright, I’ve promised to keep you updated on how AdSense in a blog’s comments would perform. Though I’ve been quite busy lately — in part because of the fact that the blog mentioned in the initial post is doing great — I’m gonna keep my promise.

By the time I’m writing this, the ads have been displayed for quite exactly 6 days. Let’s take a look on the numbers:

• 12941 impressions
• 2 clicks
• 0,02% CTR
• 0,23$ earned
• 0,02$ eCPM

Bottom line: I’m abandoning that form of advertising right now and wouldn’t recommend to anyone trying it either. The revenue doesn’t make up for the nuisance it—I assume—is to the users.
